Greetings From The Sierra Nevada Mountains

Please allow me to introduce myself…

My name is Lucas and I was born and raised in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Hailing from Sonora California I had ample opportunities growing up to hike, fish and camp in many remote locations. The Stanislaus National Forest was my backyard, until I was two years old we lived on my family’s mining claim outside Twain Harte. Growing up in this area gave me a unique perspective on nature and wildlife conservation. I was a Boy Scout advancing to the rank of Eagle Scout. Some of my earliest memories include my mother taking me and my brother to Pinecrest or Lyons Lakes to go fishing and camping.

Now I take regular trips into the wilderness to explore the wonders of mother nature and enjoy the sites and sounds found only here. I feel truly blessed to live so close to such beauty.
